Sandy Bay, Tasmania
Set in a secluded pocket of prime Sandy Bay, our latest development site is a rare natural sanctuary, surrounded by mature trees, a picturesque rivulet and the adjoining McAulay Reserve.
Previously, we collaborated with the award-winning architects Cumulus Studio to develop Grace, an ambitious apartment scheme that brought together contemporary architecture, generous living spaces and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
While we've decided not to proceed with the original apartment scheme, we're now exploring an alternative residential development for this exceptional site, with the same commitment to thoughtful design, sustainability and highly functional, beautiful homes.

Recently completed projects
West Hobart, Tasmania
In West Hobart, Earl Projects collaborated with Carta Group to construct 5 carefully considered townhouses, with architecture by the renowned team at Cumulus Studios.
With construction completed in late 2023, settlement of the last townhouse was reached in 2024. We're immensely proud of the community that has been created, with each of the 5 townhouses now filled with owner-occupiers.
EARLIER WORK
Hobart, Melbourne, London (UK)
Prior to the above projects, Earl Projects delivered 10 earlier developments, ranging in size and scope from single residences to multi-residential and mixed use sites. Each of these projects taught us valuable lessons in design, build quality, site responsiveness as well as respectfully and effectively managing neighbourhood and stakeholder dynamics. These learnings continue to inform our approach today.
