Our most inspired project to date, Grace at Sandy Bay is a rare embodiment of meticulous contemporary design married with a striking, rich natural landscape.
Working with long-time partners Carta Group, as well as the multi-award winning architects Cumulus Studios, we have developed and nurtured the concept of Grace over a period of several years.
Recently completed projects
West Hobart, Tasmania
In West Hobart, Earl Projects collaborated with Carta Group to construct 5 carefully considered townhouses, with architecture by the renowned team at Cumulus Studios.
With construction completed in late 2023, settlement of the last townhouse was reached in 2024. We're immensely proud of the community that has been created, with each of the 5 townhouses now filled with owner-occupiers.
